My simple leg training TIP!

How to train your legs and get rid those chicken legs…

In  strength training and fitness, the squat is a compound, full body exercise that trains primarily the  muscles  of the  thighs ,  hips  and  buttocks/gluteus , quadriceps femoris muscle, hamstrings, as well as strengthening the bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body ðŸ˜Š

Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of the legs as well as developing core strength ðŸ’ªðŸ½

This is my MAIN compound leg exercise which I really focus every time I train my lower body. Since I started doing this exercise I see a lot of changes on my legs especially on my gluteus 🍑
If you want to gain and progress your overall legs and avoid those chicken legs I very recommend this exercise it’s a very good and common compound leg workout 🏋🏽‍♂️

If you’re going to squat you have to remember; it’s not about how heavy you lift, it’s about how good you lift. If you want to progress for a long time period and achieve quality leg gains. Make sure you focus on your form before adding weights and don’t forget to record all your sets, weights and rest period time very important 👍🏽My goal here was maintain this strength level while I’m on a low calorie diet ✅
